When you use Evalitix, we collect information you provide directly through our forms, including:

• Personal Information: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and gender.
• Professional Information: Education history, work experience, projects, technical skills, achievements, and links to external profiles (GitHub, LinkedIn, portfolio).
• Uploaded Documents: Resume/CV files uploaded for the auto-fill feature. These files are processed for text extraction and are not stored on our servers.
• Technical Data: IP address (hashed), browser user agent, and submission timestamps.

• To process and evaluate your job application against the requirements defined by the recruiting organization.
• To generate AI-powered evaluations, scores, and feedback using large language models.
• To allow recruiters and hiring managers to review, compare, and manage candidate submissions.
• To improve our platform, debug issues, and monitor system performance.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase Firestore) in the asia-south1 region, with encryption at rest and in transit.

We implement reasonable security measures including hashed IP addresses, secure HTTPS communication, and restricted database access via service account credentials.

Access to candidate data is limited to authorized recruiting organizations who created the respective application form, enforced through Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules.

We use Google Gemini and other large language models via AICredits.in to:

• Generate evaluation criteria (quantifiers) from job descriptions.
• Evaluate candidate CVs against job requirements.
• Extract structured data from uploaded resumes.

Prompts sent to AI services include resume text and job descriptions. No personal identifiers beyond what is present in the resume text are shared. AI providers process this data per their own privacy policies.

We rely on the following third-party services:

• Google Cloud Platform — Firebase Firestore (database), Firebase Authentication (login), Cloud Run (backend hosting), Cloud Functions (automation).
• Vercel — Frontend hosting and deployment.
• AICredits.in — AI model API gateway for candidate evaluation and resume parsing.
• Nodemailer / Gmail — Transactional emails (OTP verification).

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to the recruiting organization's retention policies).
• Withdraw consent for AI processing where applicable.
